Infinity Sounds is run by CJ Fusion Pty Ltd (ABN 80 679 671 606) trading as Infinity Sounds. We respect artists' rights, including yours. Use this page if something on the site shouldn't be here.

Report a copyright problem

If you believe a track, artwork or profile on Infinity Sounds uses your copyright work without permission, email hello@infinitysounds.com.au with the subject "Copyright notice". Please include:

  • your name and contact details, and who you're acting for (if it's not you);
  • the work you own, and how to identify it;
  • the link to the content on Infinity Sounds;
  • why you believe it infringes your rights; and
  • a statement that the information in your notice is true and that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.

We'll acknowledge your notice and normally remove or disable the content while we look into it. We'll tell the artist and give them a copy of the notice. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can reply with their side and evidence of their rights, and we'll decide whether to restore it. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Please only send a notice if you have good reason. Knowingly false claims may expose you to legal liability.

Report suspected AI music

Think a track was made with AI? Email hello@infinitysounds.com.au with the subject "AI report", the link to the track, and why you think so. Reports are confidential, and we don't tell the artist who sent one. We'll review the track and may ask the artist for proof, such as stems, project files or recording footage. If it breaks the no-AI rule, it comes down. See our Terms for details.

Report something else

For content that's offensive, abusive, impersonates someone, or that you think is illegal, email us with the subject "Content report" and a link. If the material is seriously harmful, you can also report it to the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au/report.
